In Season 29, Episode 8, of “Beat Bobby Flay”, Chef Enrika Willams of Jackson and chef Phelix Gardner will compete for the chance to take on Bobby Flay.

Enrika is a chef and owner of Fauna Foodworks, a premiere food lab producing thoughtful, bohemian chic cuisine. She describes her company as a culinary experience that creates artistically elaborate experiences including curated dinner series, catering, personal chef services and consultation.
The “Hate to Burst your Shark” episode featuring Enrika airs tonight at 8 p.m. CST on The Food Network.
