Corinth Police have taken three individuals into custody for stealing two vehicles — one of which had a baby inside — from a local convenience store.
Authorities report that on Tuesday, Oct. 3, two vehicles were stolen from Harper Quick Stop around 9 p.m. Officers responded to a 911 call from store owners. Robert Bolden, Kobe Davis, and an unidentified minor were then taken into custody for stealing the vehicles.
Video footage shows a red Infiniti pulling into a parking space and two males exiting, each taking possession of a vehicle before leaving northbound. One vehicle contained a one-year-old child in the back seat. The child was with a babysitter at the time.
A coordinated effort among several law enforcement agencies led to the child being found safe and both vehicles recovered.
Bolden is being held and charged in the Alcorn County Jail on two counts of accessory after the fact and two counts of accessory before the fact. He also faces one count of directing a youth to commit a felony.
Davis is charged with carjacking and directing a youth to commit a felony. He is being held in McNairy County, Tennessee where he faces other charges.
The unidentified juvenile is charged with one count of carjacking and one count of kidnapping.
