A Vancleave man has been arrested and charged on multiple counts of child pornography and sexual battery of a minor that has allegedly occurred since 2014.
Jackson County Sheriff John Ledbetter said upon receiving a tip from a citizen earlier this week, investigators executed a search warrant at 34-year-old Brett Lee Robinson’s home and apprehended him.
Ledbetter added that the investigation revealed that Robinson produced, downloaded, and distributed child porn, along with committing numerous sexual acts involving children.
Robinson is charged with nine counts of child pornography and three counts of sexual battery. He’s being held at the Jackson County Adult Detention Center after being denied bond on Thursday by County Court Judge Mark Watts, who called Robinson a threat to society.
