Dangerous levels of heat stress will continue this week for the entire area. The long duration of significant heat in the upper Delta region is resulting in an extreme risk there for heat related illnesses late this week. Make sure to stay hydrated, avoid strenuous outdoor activities, if possible, & take frequent breaks if working outdoors.
