A Friday morning shooting at Ingalls Shipbuilding left at least one person injured, according to multiple reports.
WLOX-TV was the first to receive confirmation from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department that gunfire rang out at the Pascagoula shipyard around 7:30 a.m. The victim’s condition is unknown at this time.
Ingalls Shipbuilding is the state’s largest manufacturer, employing over 11,000 people.
