One student and two others are in the hospital after a school bus and a car collided in Richland on Friday morning.
According to WLBT, the incident occurred at the intersection of U.S. 49 and Cleary Road around 7 a.m. Richland police told the local TV station that a student on the bus and the driver and a child in the other vehicle were all transported from the scene with unknown injuries.
School district officials notified parents and guardians after the crash occurred. A second bus then came and picked up the unharmed students to take them to school.
It’s unclear at this time which of the drivers was at fault.
