Three people belonging to the same home in Prentiss County are facing child abuse charges.
Authorities report that the following people belonging to a residence on County Road 1401 are behind bars:
- 73-year-old Warren Earl Calbaugh — Charged with three counts of sexual battery of a child under the age of 14 and two counts of fondling — $100,000 bond.
- 68-year-old Wanda Gaye Calbaugh — Charged with contributing to the delinquency or neglect of a child for physical/sexual abuse — $10,000 bond.
- 49-year-old Darian Lee Calbaugh — Charged with contributing to the delinquency or neglect of a child for physical/sexual abuse — $10,000 bond.
Prentiss County investigator Torie Jumper presented the case against the three individuals to a grand jury.
