Back-to-back Mississippi Match 5 jackpots hit

After 17 consecutive drawings with no winners, Mississippi Match 5 has produced two jackpot winners in a row.

The jackpot was up to $432,749 when the lucky winner bought a ticket in Yalobusha County that matched all five numbers in the July 30 drawing. That ticket was purchased at a Spring Mart in Water Valley. The numbers drawn were 6-8-11-14-17.

Tuesday, someone matched all five numbers again. That $50,000 winning ticket was sold at Super See Tobacco in Tupelo. The winning numbers were 10-16-20-31-32.

The jackpot for tonight’s Powerball drawing is $202 million, with an estimated cash value of $119.5 million.

The jackpot for Friday night’s Mega Millions drawing is at $36 million with an estimated cash value of $21.4 million.

Cashing In

With the recent addition of the 2:30 p.m. drawing joining the 9:30 p.m. drawing and the Fireball add-on feature for Cash 3 and Cash 4, winners have been lining up in front of headquarters to claim their prizes.
