As Mardi Gras parades take place across the Mississippi Gulf Coast, one festivity was brought to a temporary halt on Saturday night.

According to WLOX, the Krewe of Neptune Night Parade in Biloxi was brought to a standstill after a train crashed into a group of parked cars.

The TV station reported that three cars on the Caillavet Street railroad crossing were hit by the train. Fortunately, the cars were said to have been empty and no injuries were reported as a result.

The parade began moving again shortly after 8 p.m.
