The Oxford Police Department has released body cam video from what appears to be a domestic-related incident on Wednesday night.

Oxford Police Chief, Jeff�Mccutchen, provided an overview of the events which occurred that night.� Mccutchen first stated that domestic violence calls are unfortunately all too common and present some of the greatest dangers to law enforcement.� “Officers do not know what they are about to encounter, and the incidents are usually very volatile.”

The incident is now being investigated by the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation.
