A north Mississippi man has been locked up for possessing child pornography on his cellphone.

The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to WTVA that Jeremy King was arrested on Saturday. Sheriff Greg Pollan told the local TV station that the department had received a tip that King had illicit imagery of minors on his mobile device.

An investigation was launched into the suspect and detectives found enough evidence to take King into custody for the sex crime.

King’s bond was set at $50,000.
