A Corinth woman is facing enhanced charges for allegedly selling drugs in the presence of a child.
The Prentiss County Sheriff’s Office reports that 40-year-old Kristy Walker was taken into custody on Tuesday on two warrants from a grand jury.
Walker is charged with two counts of sale of a controlled substance enhanced within 1500 feet of a church and two counts of child abuse for allowing a child to be present at a drug sale.
North Mississippi Narcotics Agent Grady Smith presented the case to the grand jury.
