Cruisin’ The Coast has once again been named the No. 1 car show in America.

USA Today readers voted Mississippi’s largest car show as the nation’s best over Back to the 50’s (St. Paul, Minn.), Street Rod Nationals (Louisville, Ky.), among others. It is the fourth time in history that Cruisin’ has been awarded the newspaper’s top spot.

“Car lovers adore this annual event, which has taken over the Mississippi Gulf Coast every year since its inception in 1996,” USA Today editors wrote. “Cruise between the different venues, each festival in and of itself, and catch live music, food, merchandise, a car auction, swap meet, parade, and plenty of car talk.”

This past fall, Cruisin’ The Coast welcomed its largest-ever registration with 9,618 cars. The 2023 rendition of America’s No. 1 car show is set for Oct. 1-8, 2023.
