Military aircraft provider Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems will set up shop in north Mississippi to hire new technicians.
The Mississippi Department of Employment Security announced on Tuesday that the defense technology company will host in-person interviews in the Iuka area on July 8 and 9 to fill over 100 manufacturing technician spots. Northrop Grumman’s aeronautics systems sector is a creator of manned and unmanned air systems and is experiencing growth at its Iuka plant.
“The manufacturing technicians hired will be team members who will help deliver the precision and reliability needed for the next-generation aeronautical program,” a statement from the company reads. “Northrop Grumman employees can expect competitive pay based on experience and a comprehensive total rewards package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) matching. Relocation expenses may be available.”
