Tomorrow night, the Mississippi Department of Public Safety will partner with the Mississippi Braves to host First Responder and Military Appreciation Night in remembrance of the 20th anniversary of 9/11.
First responders, active-duty and retired military, and Mississippi Department of Public Safety employees are eligible to receive complimentary tickets to the game against the Montgomery Biscuits on Saturday, September 11th at 6:05 p.m.
“Each day, first responders and members of our military risk their lives to ensure our safety,” Commissioner Sean Tindell said. “The Mississippi Department of Public Safety is proud to partner with the Mississippi Braves to host First Responder and Military Appreciation Night. It is our hope that this event conveys our respect and appreciation for these heroes.”
The game will include a special flyover presented by the Mississippi Air National Guard and post-game fireworks. Tickets will be available at the Mississippi Braves ticket office on game day and can be received by presenting a valid work ID or law enforcement badge.
