It’s been almost three weeks since the execution of David Neal Cox for the murder of his estranged wife, but a written confession may allow investigators to solve a long-standing missing person case. On November 19th, two days after his execution, Cox’s lawyers delivered a letter from their client to District Attorney John Weddle. In it, he confessed to killing his sister-in-law, Felicia Cox. He also told where authorities to find her remains.
Felicia has been missing since 2007.
