Last month, a video of a Mississippi high school football coach and a fan getting into a fight made its way across the internet, garnering national attention during the process.
Well, now it seems as if the two individuals have reconciled their differences. First reported by the Jasper County News, former Heidelberg head coach Jimbo Nowell and Jonathan Dearmon decided to drop the simple assault charges they filed against one another.
The two were even spotted hugging it out in court on Thursday.
While Nowell and Dearmon dropped the charges against each other, the two men were also facing charges filed by the Wayne County School District police for profanity and disturbing the peace.
Nowell was found guilty on both counts and fined $665.50. Dearmon’s charges have been remanded for 365 days.
The fight, which took place on August 25 during a game between Wayne County and Quitman, can be watched here
