Greenwood Leflore Hospital, one of the Mississippi Delta’s largest hospitals, has been forced to discharge or transfer patients as a result of a defective sewage line.
At around 4:30 p.m. Monday, officials at Greenwood Leflore announced that all parts of the hospital complex had been closed.
As of now, there is no timeline for reopening. This story will be updated when more information becomes available.
