A Mississippi man was busted for his fifth DUI — this time with multiple children in the car.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office reports that W.M. Woods was arrested at a safety checkpoint Monday night. He was allegedly driving under the influence and had two children in his vehicle.
Woods faces a felony DUI charge, two counts of child endangerment, and three misdemeanor traffic violations.
The subject is being held in the Clay County Detention Center on a just over $13,000 bond.
