In central Mississippi, a chance of morning thunderstorms, showers likely throughout the day, and thunderstorms in the afternoon. Highs in the lower 70’s. Temperatures dropping into the 50’s by afternoon. Partly cloudy and colder tonight with a slight chance of showers. Lows in the mid to upper 30’s.
To the south, mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Highs near 80. Mostly cloudy tonight, then clearing and cooler with a chance of showers. Lows in the lower 40’s.
