The first Tesla dealership in Mississippi opened in Brandon over the weekend.
During the ribbon-cutting, different Tesla models such as the Model S, Model 3, Model X, and Model Y were available for both viewing and test driving.
Brandon Mayor Butch Lee said the new Tesla dealership isn’t your typical, run-of-the-mill car dealership.
“This is not a typical dealership,” Lee told WJTV. “This is a build it and bring it to the consumer.”
The 25,000-square-foot dealership, which is in the old Courthouse fitness building, is located at 255 Mar-Lyn Drive.
