The Tunica County Sheriff’s Department has issued the following public warning:
Please be on the alert before consuming marijuana brownies from your friends, family, illegal drug dealers, etc. You or your loved one may not be aware that they are consuming the fentanyl laced brownies.
Consumption of these brownies are causing overdoses. As little as a grain of fentanyl is enough to harm and cause you to OVERDOSE or DIE! If you suspect that you or someone you know were given or sold the described brownies mentioned above please contact the Tunica County Crimestoppers at 662-910-0400.
All calls are anonymous and information leading to an arrest can pay up to $1000.00. You may also contact the Investigation Division at 662-363-1411 ext. 3028.
