The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) has confirmed an additional 1,210 cases of COVID-19 with 26 deaths induced by the virus.
Mississippi, which stands at 5th per capita in most COVID-19 cases, has now seen a total 66,646 cases and 1,874 deaths.
The number of hospitalizations has slightly gone down from yesterday’s number of 977, however, the numbers are still unsustainable for some of the biggest hospitals in the state.
At this point, there is no denying that the numbers continue to worsen in Mississippi, so please do your part by wearing your mask and washing your hands.
