National Signing Day: Ole Miss, MSU, USM solidify 2021 classes

While a majority of each team’s 2021 signing class was inked during December’s early signing period, a few spots remain to be filled at Ole Miss, Mississippi State and Southern Miss here on National Signing Day. 

Ole Miss: 

After signing a bulk of their class in December, Ole Miss doesn’t have many spots left to fill but one key target remains on their list. 4-star DT Tywone Malone out of Oradell, NJ, listed at 6’4 and 305 pounds, plans to make his announcement his 3 p.m. CT. The two-sport athlete (football & baseball) is choosing between the Rebels, Texas A&M, Rutgers, USC, and Florida State.

The Bulldogs have several spots open after leaving some room to maneuver in December, and they kicked off the day by securing the commitment of the 3A Mr. Football Award winner, 3-star Louisville DE Ty Cooper.
