13 months ago, the Ole Miss Rebels baseball team secured a No. 1 ranking for the first time in program history. Now, the Rebels have found themselves atop the rankings yet again.
In the latest D1Baseball rankings, Ole Miss replaces Texas as the top team in the country, while Mississippi State remains at No. 23.
The Rebels (13-2) took two of three from Oral Roberts over the weekend after a mid-week win over Alcorn State.
The Bulldogs (10-7), on the other hand, split a two-game series against now-No. 17 Texas Tech before garnering a weekend sweep over Princeton.
