With the 39th pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, the Carolina Panthers selected Ole Miss wide receiver Jonathan Mingo.
Mingo finished the 2022 season with 51 receptions for 861 yards and five touchdowns. The All-SEC receiver, who stands at 6’2” and 220 pounds, had an impressive offseason in which he ran a 4.46 40-yard dash and had a vertical of 39.5 inches at the NFL Combine.

The Brandon native will reunite with former Rebels quarterback Matt Corral in Charlotte and joins an impressive list of Ole Miss wide receivers who were selected in the second round — including D.K. Metcalf, A.J. Brown, and Elijah Moore.
