Operation ‘Rotten Egg’ results in 19 facing felony drug charges

Nearly 20 people are facing felony drug charges in connection with the work of a multi-agency collaboration in south Mississippi.

Operation “Rotten Egg,” a partnership between the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics’ Gulfport District Office, in conjunction with the Coastal Narcotics Enforcement Team, the FBI Safe Streets Task Force, and local law enforcement agencies, has successfully executed a coordinated effort targeting drug trafficking and gang activity in Jackson and George counties.

This initiative involved 31 undercover drug purchases and resulted in the seizure of significant quantities of illegal narcotics, including 390.47 grams of methamphetamine, 86 dosage units of hydrocodone, and 38 dosage units of oxycodone.

In addition to the previously seized narcotics, approximately 232 additional grams of methamphetamine and multiple firearms were recovered during the arrest phase of this operation.

As a result of the investigation, 19 individuals are currently facing felony charges related to drug trafficking and distribution:
    1. Vickie Ann Eubanks – Sale of a controlled substance
    2. Horace Randolph Eubanks Jr. – Sale of a controlled substance
    3. Terry Neim Ross a.k.a. “GP” – Sale of a controlled substance
    4. Von Ray Dunham – Sale of a controlled substance
    5. Marcus Eugene Fairley – Sale of a controlled substance
    6. Don Michael Howell – Sale of a controlled substance
    7. Jane Lois Foster – Sale of a controlled substance
    8. Jimi Levar Watts – Trafficking a controlled substance
    9. James Thompson Everett – Possession of a controlled substance
    10. Lawrence Anthony Steele – Conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance
    11. Audrey Elisabeth Hollis – Conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance; MDOC probation violation
    12. Kendrick D. Booker – Sale of a controlled substance; conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance
    13. Kelsey Dominque Hembree – Possession of a controlled substance
    14. Eric Dewayne Holloway – Possession of a controlled substance
    15. Larry Eugene Fairley – Sale of a controlled substance – Still wanted/at large
    16. Elliot Roosevelt Jack – Possession of a controlled substance – Still wanted/at large
    17. Kimberly Irene Dickerson – Possession of a controlled substance – Still wanted/at large
    18. Joshua Del Houston Jr. – Sale of a controlled substance – Still wanted/at large
    19. Brittany Lakiea Moody – Sale of a controlled substance – Still wanted/at large

“Operation Rotten Egg is a true testament of what can be accomplished when agencies come together for a common goal,” Mississippi Department of Public Safety Commissioner Sean Tindell said. “We’re grateful for the tireless efforts of all involved in working together to get these dangerous criminals off our streets, making our communities safer and enhancing public safety for all.”
