Friends and family are mourning the loss of Capt. Jacob Latch.  The Pascagoula firefighter passed away less than 2 weeks after being diagnosed with a rare form of cancer.  In addition to serving the community, Latch volunteered with Tunnel to Towers Biloxi, helping first responders and military members killed in the line of duty.  He leaves behind his wife and 3 children.
