The Gulfport Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing person, Dorothy Jean Burks, of Gulfport, MS.
Burks is described to Police Officers as a black female, 75 years old, she is 4’03”, 90 lbs., and has brown eyes and black hair. Burks was last seen near the 16000 block of Fifth Street at approximately 2:00 p.m., on March 23, 2022. Burks was last seen wearing red pants with a square pattern, a white shirt, a black jacket, and a brown alligator print purse.
