Mississippi native Sarah Thomas made history two Sundays ago when she became the first-ever female to referee the Super Bowl, and today, she joined The Gallo Show to talk about the groundbreaking experience.
“Like I tell my children, I want you to start at the bottom and work your way up, and that’s just what I did in officiating,” Thomas said. “I worked my way up, and every Sunday, in the NFL, it’s the Super Bowl. We prepare for every Sunday like it’s the Super Bowl, so it was just another game.”
