The United States Coast Guard is searching for four crewmembers that went missing from a bulk carrier vessel on the Mississippi River.
According to officials, the men were reported missing from the Meghna Adventure vessel around 11:00 p.m. Monday night after they did not report for a standard safety drill.
The crewmembers are said to to all be of Bangladeshi nationality and are believed to be 25, 29, 30 and 47 years of age. No names have been released at this time.
The Coast Guard is currently conducting a search with a helicopter and small boat near Belle Chasse, Louisiana.
