Don’t forget to set your clocks forward an hour when you go to bed Saturday night.  Daylight Saving Time kicks in Sunday.

According to the National Sleep Foundation, most of us sleep about 40 minutes less the night after the switch.  The extra morning sunlight should help your body adjust, and sleep experts say it’s best to avoid naps over 20 minutes long to make sure your nighttime sleep isn’t interrupted.
