Tornadoes are possible for a large portion of Mississippi on Tuesday.
There’s a significant risk of severe storms across parts of Louisiana and Mississippi with the highest risk in Central Mississippi. Damaging winds of up to 70 mph, large hail, and tornadoes are possible with this system. A line of showers and storms will likely develop ahead of a cold front, creating a lot of instability. Flooding is also a concern as the rain could be heavy at times.
