Vicksburg Mayor: “I just apologize for being so stupid.”

Vicksburg Mayor George Flaggs recently contracted COVID-19, however, during an interview with Paul Gallo on SuperTalk Mississippi Thursday, he revealed he was not vaccinated.

Flaggs said he just got busy and kept putting it off, but could not emphatically defend his stupidity.

The Mayor said he’s doing much better and plans to return to work next week. Flaggs said he plans to take the vaccine as soon as he is able.
