A West Point woman will be representing her home state while competing against three other contestants for a $1 million prize in Phoenix, Ariz. this weekend.

Stephanie Walker is one of four finalists chosen to compete during a live drawing from the NASCAR Championship Weekend at Phoenix Raceway on Sunday, November 5.

“We are thrilled for Stephanie,” Mississippi Lottery President Jeff Hewitt said. “Making it to the final round in a national promotion is exciting. We are all going to be tuning in Sunday and cheering for her to bring home the big win.”

The NASCAR Powerball Playoff promotion selects 16 semi-finalists from a pool of entrants in 24 participating lotteries before the contestants go head-to-head in a series of drawings.

As one of four finalists, Walker won a VIP trip for two to the championship weekend, which include roundtrip airfare, three nights hotel accommodations, welcome dinner and all meals, transportation and tickets to all scheduled events, and more.
