Clouds will be covering the majority of the Magnolia State today with temperatures ranging in the 70s throughout the day.
Northern Mississippi:
We hope you enjoyed the sun from yesterday as a slight chance of light rain is expected for the day, with a chance of thunderstorms predicted in the afternoon. Temperatures will sit in the low-70s most of the day until the sun sets with rain continuing followed by temperatures in the upper 50s.
Central Mississippi:
Rain and thunderstorms are in the forecast for the central part of Mississippi today with temperatures anticipated to sit around the mid-70s. As nighttime rolls in, there’s a slight chance that rain will continue with cool temperatures in the upper 50s.
Southern Mississippi:
Unlike the rest of the state, Southern Mississippi does not expect any rain coverage on Wednesday but will have mostly cloudy skies with upper 70-degree temperatures. Some clouds are expected to disperse after sundown with accompanying temperatures in the lower 60s.
